The Brain Change challenge is designed to be more than just a program of how to eat right and exercise. It teaches you how to train yourself to think differently and act based on a process of doable changes over time to your everyday life. That way there is no going back! Believe you will never need to say the words diet again, believe in yourself, and believe that you can be the best you can be each day in every area of your life.
The most difficult thing for all of us is to stay motivated week after week. Here, I will give you a new message of inspiration, practical advice and hopefully a laugh here and there- It’s got to be fun, right? These messages will be a key part of keeping you on track, as I will talk each week about what you are facing at the moment.
I want to help you to make exercise a regular part of life, have it be enjoyable, and give you awesome results- Each week will have fresh new ideas to help you get thru the workouts and make you fired up about fitness! Here you will find training logs to track your progress. Eating right for weight loss shouldn’t be foods you don’t like. I will help you set up a grocery list and show you the best food choices to get results while still being able to take the cruise and or throw the dinner party!
I know the power in knowing you are not alone. While taking the challenge, you will also have the support of The Brain Change community where you can chat and have the encouragement from others. Also, you will have access to a weekly live chat with me where I will answer questions and offer advice.It is my dream to give some special people who make The Brain Change a gift! I want to be able to show off your success and see you inspire others too…Take it from me, this is a big reward! As a challenger in the program you will be able to submit your story, no matter how big or small, and have the chance to be selected as a “Brain Change Believer” each month- after being chosen you will receive a “Ditch the Diet” gift basket, with some of my favorite stuff- that includes some workout equipment, as well as snacks and a few surprises.
