The Brainchange

Hi, I’m Chantel. I am so excited that you are here, and I really believe that we were meant to connect!
I know firsthand how hard it is to change. Trying to lose weight is often frustrating and depressing…I understand, I was once nearly 350 pounds.
Here’s the great news: I know the truth, and I want to show you my plan to break the fat habit for good!

Having lost 200 pounds and kept it off, I transformed my body and become a personal trainer, life coach, spinning instructor and marathon runner. I couldn’t stop there…I dreamed of sharing with the world the truth:
DIETS don’t work and the entire industry is rigged to keep us needing them.

I have found a better way- I hope that you will stick around and get ready to begin a journey that will change you forever!
Let’s DARE to be Remarkable together!
